Roman slaves typically received a basic diet that varied by their role and the wealth of their owner. Common staples included grains, such as barley or wheat, often made into porridge or bread, along with legumes and vegetables. Wealthier households might provide additional food items like meat, cheese, and fish, but the diet was generally modest and designed to sustain them for labor. Overall, the quality and quantity of food depended significantly on the slave's duties and the owner's resources.

Usually not. Slaves are usually fed cheaply or little at all. Only a few special slaves eat well.
As slaves were property of their owner and were treated however the owner treated them, they were fed whatever their owner gave them. It is most likely that they were fed only bread and other corn-based products, which was the cheapest food.

sorry about the wait but they earned nothing just some food and a bed to sleep on sometimes they get lucky and be freed. That's the popular conception of Roman slavery, but in reality most Romans took care of their slaves quite well as compared to other societies. Although the slaves did not earn a salary as we know it, many of them made out quite well. The city slaves in particular were well treated, well dressed and could earn and save their own money. They were also well fed as they ate the same as their masters. Laws were passed as to the treatment and the clothing and food for the rural slaves who were much more prone to neglect than the urban slaves.
