Mass murders of Jews began in early stages of the invasion of the Soviet Union (June 1941 onwards). These were open air shootings. The first gassings took place at Chelmno in December 1941 in specially constructed vans. There were a few isolated murders from 1933 onwards, then about 400 Jews were killed on 9-10 November 1938 (Night of the Broken Glass).
The systematic killings of Jews lasted from June 1941 till May 1945. However, some Jews were killed earlier.
From 1941 on exterminating the Jews were Nazi policy. In other words, the Nazis intended to kill all the Jews they could find. The Jews were sent to camps in order to be killed.
The mass killings took place between 1941 and 1945.
The Jews were sytematically killed during the years 1941-1945. Other undesireables (apart from Gypsies) were not systematically killed.
There seems to be a misunderstanding here. From 1933 till about 1940-41 the Nazis did their utmost to bully Jews in Germany into emigrating. Those who able to did so. From about October 1941 onwards, the Nazis moved to extermination as the sole policy.
