nobody controls your anger, you control your feelings and what you do while you are angry. i used to have a anger issue but i went on to a good website that helped me with my anger and i made a slow but effective change to my mood swings. for me i had to do a breathing exercise to help me calm down and think about my problems, first close your eyes and let nothing distract you and then take slow and long breaths nice and easily then focus on nothing but your breathing then slowly and gently put one hand on your stomach and feel you breathing move your stomach and then count to four when you inhale and exhale.

another way to handle anger might be because you are going through puberty this can also cause mood swings that confuse your feelings and sometimes your actions, find a peaceful place, then ask yourself five questions and then answer then:

1. what is making me angry? (for exsample your mum wont let you go to a party until you have cleaned your room)

2. choose the opsions you could do ( you could run and sneak out or you could clean your room then ask if yu can go to the party or you could go down the stairs and yell at your mum)

3. think of the consiquences each action could cause ( running and sneaking out might get caught and banned from the party, cleaning the room and then going would almost definety get you to the party or yelling may get you grounded oralso banned)

4. choose the right action you think will help the situation.

5. once you have finished these four steps what are you waiting for get into action as soon as it is done the faster you can go.

but maybe you are angry so much and that you want to or have hit someone that you car about, if you think that your anger is out of control and that none of these exsecises work then maybe you should talk to someone that can help or maybe take a anger management class.
