The version I saw made was from Tucson Arizona and was made in a crock. The main ingredient was pineapple including the rind and water, sugar, and dry yeast. Let it ferment covered and then refrigerate. Drink it cold and be ready for a nap afterwards. The alcohol content probably varies but is like a strong wine. It is delicious and considered a summer treat.
