Interesting question, but it's mon cœur, definitely. Gender agreement is a purely grammatical affair. The only nouns that can change gender are the ones that are specifically allowed to do so, such as most "people nouns", e.g. un enfant / une enfant, mon chéri / ma chérie, etc. But even some of those have a prescribed gender, e.g. une personne, une victime.

What the mean of cheast?

The term "cheast" seems to be a typographical error, possibly intended to refer to "chest." If so, the "chest" refers to the front part of the body between the neck and the abdomen, housing vital organs like the heart and lungs. In a broader context, "chest" can also refer to a storage box or container. Please clarify if you meant something else!

Is the War on Palestine legitimate?

The term "War on Palestine" is nebulous. Does it refer to the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict as a whole? Does it refer to Operation Cast Lead? Does it refer to Operation Pillar of Smoke? Does it refer to the Separation Fence? Does it refer to the military occupation of the West Bank? Does it refer to Arab countries holing Palestinians up in refugee camps for three generations? Does it refer to Lebanese military incursions into Palestinian Refugee Camps in Lebanon? Does it refer to how Palestinian passports and visas are not seen as legitimate pieces of paper? Unless the term "War on Palestine" can be defined, we cannot begin a discussion. Additionally, the word "legitimate" is almost as nebulous as it can refer to moral right, legal right, classification procedures, and numerous other things.
