German freedom of speech does not apply to Nazi, neo-Nazi, or pro-Hitler expressions. It is not clear how severely one would be treated for saying something like that. It might well get one expelled from the country.

Yes, but not for the Holocaust. Hitler was jailed in Germany in 1923 as a result of his attempt to overthrow the Weimar German Government in the Beer Hall Putsch. He was in jail for a very short time before being released. Hitler committed suicide in 1945, so he was never held to account for his crimes in the Holocaust or for starting World War II.

If you mean for the Holocaust, then no, he did not go to jail for this. He committed suicide before he could be captured and tried for his crimes. However, he did spend a few years in jail for trying to take control of Germany's government in the Beer Hall Putsch. He tried to take some of Germany's officials hostage in a Munich Beer Hall, and succeded. He then forced them to agree with his views. The officials pretended to agree, and Hitler released them. Then, as soon as they got away, they informed the police about what had happened and Hitler was quickly sent to prison. This period of imprisonment was the few years in which he wrote and published 'Mein Kampf'.
