It is absolutely NOT hard for women to get jobs in the aviation industry. In most aviation job classifications the employer is looking for more women to diversify their labor force. In most commercial cases when women apply for pilot and aircraft mechanic classifications they are put at the top of the list for hiring even above male applicants with more experience. This may seem unfair and most airlines and commercial operators would deny this but statistically it is a fact. As far as other classifications go, statistically women have just as good of a chance of being hired as men with the same qualifications.

There are websites based in Tampa, FL with information about local aviation management jobs. A big employer would be the Tampa Airport. On their website one can find out more information about aviation jobs that are currently available.
You probably have a local aviation resource centre close to you. It would likely be your best bet to check there to see if they have any open jobs in the aviation field.
