This is more of a idea that is handled based on the community opinion on the matter, in some places one might say it is good in other places it could be bad. It is more of a preference.

Depends for what. In adolescent educational settings it takes a tremendous amount of pressure off students. Guys don't have show off by being loud and aggressive (picture it as the human equivalent of a peacock's tail) and they aren't distracted if girls are not present. They might actual learn something. Girls likewise are more relaxed without males breathing down their necks during class. Compare the grades of parochial schools and public schools if you doubt that.
It obviously wasn't fair enough to the negroes. Because segregation was not an arrrangement aggreed to by both parties , it was forced on black people to their great detriment. It was openly racist and oppressive.
"Segregation" means to keep separate. In terms of people, segregation (particularly on ethnic or racial lines) is generally a BAD idea. In terms of the handling of reactive chemical, it is a necessary process of keeping incompatible chemicals separated so they are unlikely to interact chemically during an upset or spill.

I believe they do. It is human nature that opposits attract. Good girls are attracted to the bad boys who turn into the bad husbands. I'm a good wife who has (soon to be HAD) a bad husband. But what contitues a bad husband? Is their a scale from 1-10? How bad is bad? Good is good there is no scale for good. But bad is another story.
