No this is based on some Mayan calendar. Rest assured the world will not end in 2012. I hope this gave you some relief. However God being the creator has shown in The Bible it will occur on may 21 2011 . remember the parable of the fig tree. Israel did become a nation on may 14 1948. God gave them 7 days to believe on Jesus as in the parable. remember when Jesus returned to the fig tree and it produces no fruit.hence the parable. On may 21 1948 this generation shall not pass before these things come to pass. on may 21 1988 the abominations of desolations will be set up. exactly 23 years later as the book of Daniel references and we come to may 21 2011
