To the best of my knowledge, Raja Ram Mohan Roy's descendants are from his granddaughter's side. He had a granddaughter's whose name was most probably Chandrajyoti and may be she was the only direct descendant of Ram Mohan. She was married to a Chatterjee family and descendants of that Chatterjee family still survives.
