This question is far too vague. Every Air Force in almost every country has it's famous members, and not all are famed for air fighting, many have achieved fame in exploration and different kinds of record breaking.
There are approximately 9,000 regular-force members wearing the Navy uniform in Canada's armed forces, however the forces are integrated, which means support personnel from any branch can be serving at a facility primarily dedicated to another branch. For example, a cook on a ship can be from the Army or Air Force ranks, and a Navy pay clerk can be stationed at an Air or Army Base.
The United States has the largest air force in the world. Take note, the US Air Force is not the largest air force in the world based on number of Aircraft. The US Navy/Marine Corps has many more aircraft, and the US Army has more aircraft, mostly helicopters, than any of the other individual branches.
I don't see any reason why you aren't allowed to.
As far as I can tell, there is none. The only mention of any such regulation exists in the Air Force, and is covered under Air Force Instruction 44-102 (see related link).
Yes. There are Air Force, Navy, and Coast Guard installations in Guam.
A search for Jimmy Vilano did not lead to any famous person. The only Jimmy Vilano on the web is a member of the Air Force, who served from 1998 to 2002.
