The most important room in any ancient Greek house was the "sodomatorium", this is where the Greek family enjoyed most of it's leisure time, so much so that it was a well known saying that "no greek man could ever leave his brother's behind".

yes they did because in the ancient Greek time their health was very important too them and if they didn't have any hospital then there would be no way to get medication or if a broken part in your body you would die
Not unless these objects were associated with their religion (Greek mythology).
The thing you refer to as mythology was considered a religion. As much so as any today.
The ancient Greeks believed that she did. Now most people do not take Greek Mythology as a religion any more, but part of our history. It's a matter of rather you believe in the ancient myths or not.
Nyx is a figure from Greek mythology, not a central deity in any contemporary religion. In ancient Greek mythology, Nyx was the primordial goddess of the night, but she is not widely worshiped in modern religious practices.
Yes, the sun god is a central figure in various religions and mythologies, such as ancient Egyptian religion with Ra, Greek mythology with Helios, and Incan religion with Inti.
Greek mythology is about the gods and other creatures which formed the religion of the ancient Greeks. Nobody has actually seen any of the gods or other figures acting in it. All this was supplanted by the Christian faith.
The ancient Greeks were very religious and worshipped a lot of gods. But there is a huge difference between Greek and Roman religion and Christian and Muslim religion. Greek and Roman religion was strictly about keeping the gods satisfied by sacrifices, having them as protection against dangers or as sponsors of wisdom, the arts, love, trade etc. Greek and Roman religion - very much unlike Christian and Muslim religion - did not in ANY way prescribe how you should live your life nor did they set any morality rules for their believers, nor were they supposed to punish or reward you for the life you lived with hell or heaven. On the contrary, there were lots of stories about Greek and Roman gods being very 'human' in their petty jealousies, sexual antics etcetera. Priests did not bother with how their fellow men behaved; morality in ancient times was strictly a subject for philosophers - and lawmakers.
theres no real name for it, its just ancient Greek religion. it's classified as polytheism or the worship of several gods and goddesses (monotheism would be the worship of one god like Christianity)
yes
Myths are stories we do not believe in (any longer). Stories we do believe are not considered myths. The Greek myths were the religion of the ancient Greeks. It has been supplanted by Christianity.
You do not seem to understand you are talking about the ancient Greek religion. Of course the stories about their gods were not made up by any one person. We call some religious stories myths (not only the Greek ones) because we do not believe in them.
