Though it's true his body was burned, it was not completely cremated, and the Soviets took his (and Eva Braun's) remains and buried them in Brandenburg, Germany. About 30 years later, they were disinterred, thoroughly cremated, and the ashes were scattered in the Elbe River.

In short, the Soviets could've recovered a DNA sample from him before they buried him or when they dug him up. But, if they do have Hitler's DNA, they're not talking. We may never know.
