Yes and no. You see, we right now live in one of the most peaceful ages not seen since the end of the Cold War (Which wasn't actually war).
But there is a lot of tension right now with mostly rebels and terrorist organizations starting to launch massive offenses. ISIL and IS could theoretically right now take over one country out of Iraq or Syria and theoretically become a new country.

Yes, There is so much tension all over the world, Gaza, Israel, the UN, European Union, Russia, N. Korea, China, Burma, Ukraine. A mild provocation could mean all out war. Basically; not now, not this year, but sometime if a provocation occurred. All countries involved would go to war and sides would be quickly taken and WWIII would happen. Or, the end of the world as some people call it.

I mean, I hope not. The reason global conflicts like that stopped happening is that weapons have simply because TOO destructive for a true global war. I'm speaking of course about nuclear weapons.
What you've gotten instead is isolated wars against small non-nuclear nations, sometimes as proxies for major powers. But there's been no major power wars since the end of WW2. And that's not an accident. The cost of such a thing has simply gotten too high.
There is not going to be a World War III. Don't believe everything the mainstreamnews media tells you. Iran does not want open conflict in any way with the the greatest fighting force in the history of the world (a.k.a. the United States). They will keep attacking us indirectly as they have been doing for literally years at this point. If there is going to be a World War III, I'd look a little farther East to China. They could be considered our Russia in a second Cold War.
World War III is inevitable. So far, in the span of 12 months, maybe more, Russia has been playing chicken with the United States. A few Mig's flew directly over a Navy Vessel and just recently a Russian Navy ship got way too close for comfort. I think the Russian Navy ship was trying to ram us, and the US had its guns aimed at the ship. think the only solution is the removals of President Trump and nis BFF, until recently, Vlad. Putin.*

I think we are sitting, as a country, in a better position right now than we have since the late 80's and perhaps even better. The economy is on the upswing, hitting history making highs. We now have NATO paying it's part relieving the U.S. from footing the whole bill. We've cut ties where we were just pissing away Taxpayer dollars. We have better trade deals (the key to success is to sell more than you buy. Politicians, who's only goal is to line their own pockets either don't know this basic business fact or they just outright donnot care), and have the lowest unemployment numbers in modern history.
A key thinkg to note here, and one you WILL NOT see in the Mainstream Media is that other countries are following suit. The peoples of Iran, China, Taiwan, ect., have seen the U.S. stand up to the bullies of the world and now they are chosing to take a stand for Freedom themselves.
So, will we see WWIII in the near future? I think if it were up to the Left in our nation, they would love to see that happen and would/will do whatever they can to make that happen because they hate Donald Trump that bad. Sickening! If we were to go to war, I couldn't think of a better President to handle it than Donald J. Trump. That's my two cents. WWG1WGA
