Didn't have time to sign in. Yeah the Catholic Encycopedia online, the New Advent one, has very detailed accounts of Irish contribution to Revolution and to the Civil War under Irish American entry. It's much greater than commonly imagined, to the extent that the British actually blamed the Irish for the loss of the colonies in parliament originally. Good luck to ye.
