I can only assume that this is a short essay title. There are far too many aspects to consider to be able to put a figure on this. If you want marks in you essay then I would reccomend talking about the differences, their functionalities and the differences in their use.

You may say that the processor powers are around 1500 times faster, their ability to handle graphics are ALMOST infinately better.

To really answer this simply, just look at processors. Find out the original processors used in the ENIAC and look at a modern say i7 Intel processor, look at how many logic gates in the two and compare how many different functions they can manipulate and carry out. Speed is relative and dependant on too many aspects..

Look at a report or uploaded essay on RISC vs. CISC and there will almost undoubtable be some references to the ENIAC in comparison with modern day processors!

Let's not forget about the cache or the system bus either. Modern processors come with cache built in and nowadays hold a higher capacity of data. No matter how fast a processor is, it is only as fast as the bus will allow it to be. Clocks speeds are a great deal higher than those of latter years. Keep in mind as well, the ENIAC probably could not fit into my bedroom, yet my Android phone is a far superior computing device than the ENIAC. As technology advances, they are discovering ways of making things more powerful as well as smaller at the same time.
