I dont know about the information given above, but THomas Jefferson was the main writer of the Declaration of Independence. Many other people also helped him write it, including Madison.
The Continental Congress created a draft committee consisting of John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, Robert R. Livingston, and Roger Sherman. However, the actual writing of the Declaration of Independence was performed by Jefferson alone.
Jefferson had 17 days to write the Declaration and wrote the first draft in a day or two. He rented a room not far from the state house and wrote it with a few books and pamphlets. His preamble was an afterthought and the document was an expression of an ideal. When Jefferson went to the second continental congress he was a replacement for his cousin Peyton Randolph. Seen as Randolph's political heir he wasn't happy to go and felt like the real work of the revolution was in Virginia. He hated cities, missed his wife, and didn't like public speaking. He wanted to be sent home from the first day. While there he became the draftsman of congress and produced written assignments, drafting memos, and writing declarations. He was happy not to be required to speak in public and it gave him time to read. He didn't think it unusual to find himself assigned to a committee to produce a draft for the Declaration and that he was writing the document alone. The other committee members had more important things to do and Jefferson had all ready basically written it already called A Declaration of the Causes and Necessity for Taking up Arms and in May/June of 1776 been working on a draft of a new constitution for Virginia. He did the draft ran it by Adams and Franklin and went back how to get out of Philadelphia . He was finally able to go home in September.
Some states or people (like Virginia's Patrick Henry) thought that the Constitution did not adequately protect individual citizens' rights. Therefore, a Bill of Rights was added so more states would ratify the Constitution, and the American people were afforded more protection than with the Constitution alone. The Bill of Rights added a significant number of rights and privileges not given to citizens under the Constitution alone.
Yes, the words declaration of independence alone are a noun, I believe. However, if one were to say "The United States Declaration of Independence," it would become a proper noun and therefore capitalized. I realize that to America, our Declaration of Independence is the only document of its kind and therefore is considered only a proper noun, but to other countries, it is not the same. It is a regular noun. When speaking of our document, they refer to it as the American Declaration of Independence.
"guardians." This statement was made by Thomas Jefferson, the author of the Declaration of Independence and the third President of the United States. In his Notes on the State of Virginia, Jefferson emphasized the importance of citizen participation in government and warned against concentrating too much power in the hands of rulers. He argued that the people themselves should act as the ultimate check on government power.

While it's immediate target was George III and the British Parliament, the declaration had a secondary purpose. Jefferson stated that in writing the Declaration he "wished to place the facts before the world in terms so clear and direct as to command their assent."

Yes, you can recite the Shahada alone without the presence of others. The Shahada is a declaration of faith in Islam, and it can be said privately or publicly.
Mr Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence as well as the Constitution with input from the Continental congress. He bought the Louisiana Purchase and sent Lewis and Clark on an exploration of the land he had bought. This act increased the size of the country significantly as well as made resources available that had been unknown let alone available. One example is the increase in animals that were available for the fur trades - both in population as well as in variety. With this increase more people were able to have fur coats, blankets, etc. This also allowed more the opportunity to sell what they trap and make a living doing so, especially with the interest in the fur hats and coats from Europe.
The Declaration of Independence outlined many injuries and usurpations the King of Great Britain caused on the colonist. One of them was "he has made judges dependent on his will alone."
