You can't translate individual grammatical terms like "does" from one language to another because different languages have different grammars. "Does" could be translated any number of ways or not at all. A few examples:

He does the dishes. --> Il fait la vaisselle. (here, does is translated as "fait")

Does she know ? --> Est-ce qu'elle sait ? (no equivalent of "does" here at all)

Yes, she does. --> Oui. (again, no translation)

In other words, more context is needed.
