According to an article by Larry Tritton on the website jewishjournal.com (Looking For a Legend), Wyatt Earp was NOT Jewish. He is buried in a Jewish cemetery because his wife was Jewish and Wyatt had expressed a wish to be buried next to his wife. He died before his wife did, and she had him buried in a Jewish cemetery, presumably because that is where she intended to be buried. All the articles on the internet indicate that Wyatt is buried in a Jewish cemetery, but none of them state that he was Jewish, or that he converted to Judaism.
Wyatt had no known children. His brother Virgil had a daughter before the Civil War, but through misinformation concerning his wartime fate, he did not see his daughter or first wife for 35 years!
Wyatt Earp had a total of three wives. His first was Urilla Sutherland who died early in his marriage. His second wife was Mattie Blaylock, who became addicted to pain killer medicine (laudanum); she was considered by some to be his lover and not actual wife though an1880 census listed her as Earp's wife. Finally, his third wife till he died was Josephine Marcus, who's knowledge of Mattie Blaylock's place in Wyatt's life was concealed as she worked hard to protect her and Wyatt's reputation in their later years.

His second marriage was to Mattie Blaylock in 1872, which ended in separation around 1890. Earp's third wife was Josephine Marcus, whom he married in 1892 and remained with until his death in 1929.
... Earp left San Francisco with Josie (Marcus) in 1883 and she became his companion for the next forty-six years.Although no marriage certificate has been found, they represented themselves as man and wife, which in the Old West was all that was necessary for a common-law marriage (and still is today in "Western" law states such as Colorado).Earp and Marcus returned to Gunnison where they settled down, and Earp continued to run a faro bank.

No, there is no evidence to suggest that Aristotle was buried next to his wife. Aristotle's burial location is uncertain, as there are conflicting historical accounts of where he was laid to rest.
