it depends, if they liked him and he was good to them the of course however if he was bad to them they hated him as a king.

You can't really say he was a bad man, as he wasn't really doing anything bad. All he did was claimed he should have the throne.
Its bad because of problems with the evidence that he is the rightful claimant. The Bayeux Tapestry depicts that Harold offered the throne to William in the form of an oath. However, The Bayeux Tapestry doesn't explain why Harold was in Normandy, nor does it illustrate what the oath he swore was. Moreover, the Tapestry was made during 1070's and therefore not close to the event date. The other source that portrays Williams Claim was through William of Poitiers even though he was not present.
he was not a bad leader, but he threw people of the throne.
He was good because he was a king. He was bad because he raped a lot of sexy women, mostly fingering their vaginas.
Well it depends. Its bad if she wanted the throne to stay in her line. Its also good because she did not have to worry about her kids killing each other or being killed by others in order to obtain the throne. :]

To determine if revolutions are good or bad, one has to think of what happened before the revolution and what came after. If it benefits the people, it is a good thing.

This question is too vague and any answer will be that of opinion.
he was not a bad leader, but he threw people of the throne.
It depends on which part of him you are looking at, he was good to his children and and people but beheaded his wives if they didn't have a boy to take over the throne if he died.
