Kublai Khan took jobs from the Chinese and replaced them with people he knew who did the same job in Mongolia rather than employing people most capable of the job. The Mongols liked to fight wars and extend their empire, but the Chinese were less interested in war. Some Chinese people didn't like how the Mongols always went out to fight a war and how they never relaxed. There was some good things that happened during the Yuan Dynasty though, too. The Mongols adopted Chinese culture and philosophies like Confucianism. They respected the ways of the Chinese. The Chinese also adopted Mongol culture.
Only Indochina really repelled the Mongols, Japan had the good fortune of weather to end invasion. Germany and Austria were spared not because they fought the Mongols off, but because the invaders called off the attack to return to Karakorum for the election of a new Khan

The mongol empire fell for many reasons one of those reasons is after the death of Kublai Khan there was a good number of poor rulers who spent money unwisely making them raze taxes and cause riots all thourghtout the mongol empire.Which cause the empire to get smaller and smaller .The empire was so much in debt and everyone was rioting the empire being to fade away which lead to the fall of it

an empire is good because you will be ruling over more land, have more people, and over time you can dominate a huge area of land! the only bad thing is that sometimes one of the states or nations that you are ruling over will become strong and conquer you and then they will become the rulers of the empire. but overall an empire is a good thing.

you need to have good workers, education plans, protection plans, sources, good land to work on, people and rulers, a government that is good, transportation , animals, a good water and food supply.

Rulers should show how good they are to there people because the people get there character from there rulers, and maybe the people might do some bad to them if the rulers don't treat then very good.
