Total war means 3 things. Total war means that a country's resources are expended during the war, that banking and other financial sources are cut off and geared toward the war, and that all armies are sent into the war.
With the way things around the World are going, there will unfortunately be a World War 3, and there's a good chance that North Korea will start it.
Nothing
Empire total war is way better. Better graphics, more units can be played on the field, naval battles, no annoying dippolomats or merchants, 3 campaigns, you can sail off around the world and you are able to win battles only by skill not units. Rome total war is fun but, it is nothing compared to Empire total war. Empire Total War is however quite buggy (better now with patches though) and Rome TW seems to me to be a much more diverse one, with armies and gameplay changing greatly from faction to faction.
The Total Monetary War cost = 1'000'000'000'000$ aproximately, more than 2/3 of that by the Allied side and the other part of money was spended by the Axis, Including Germany.
There has not been a World War 3 ...
No Napoleon is a game itself no expansion.

no, and if it does we are dead unless we take down the enemy nukes and any other war things.
Nothing
so you can get things easier in the game
Angry, mad, && mean
The mean is the average. It is found by adding the numbers in a set and dividing that total by the number of numbers. (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) = 15 divided by 5 = 3 The mean is 3.
Not at the moment. They are currently giving expansions/DLC for 2 so a number 3 is unknown as of yet.
