The NWLF was NOT as it's primary to liberate the black oppressed peoples but the attempt at liberation of ALL oppressed peoples. Various targets were such politicians such as Dian Feinstien and John Barbigelatta who sat on the SF City counsel at that time. They also targeted Anchor reality who ran sub standard "ghetto" housing. They produced a magazine called "TUG" (The Urban Guerrilla). The media magazine was used to promote the communiques from the military faction to the above ground party members and also various articles that were intended to educate the masses on how to empower themselves against the corporate/ political powers that have been and still are oppressing the peoples of all races, age, and any other public backgrounds. There were also side factions that worked in harmony with the NWLF such as the People's Light Brigade of Maryland and the George Jackson Brigade of the Pacific Northwest. Information provided by former NWLF branch member.

The New World Liberation Front was an organization that represented the liberation of black people. They stood to defend the people against the oppression and police brutality imposed on them by the racist and discriminatory practices of those in power. The NWLF operated to my knowledge during the early to late 70's throughout the SF Bay Area. I (anonymous) was a victim of police brutality at the time as a teenager living in the Hunters Point district. The NWLF issued a stern warning via the local media to rid the neighborhood of a particular bad cop. I was broadcast on the local news stations as one who was threatened by the racist pigs (as then reffered to by many such as the Black Panthers). My fellow brothers and I had no problems with that cop again. The NWLF was a force to be reckoned with..... author unknown!
