depending on the size of the ring, pattern, and make of the chainmail, it could be anywhere from 35 to 60 lbs.
It went from chainmail hauberk, helm, sword, shield, axe and any other combination to full plate armor and generaly a two handed weapon (poleaxe or greatsword mostly).
Knights typically wore a type of armor that included a protective codpiece, which allowed for some degree of access. When they needed to urinate, they would often have to unfasten their armor, particularly the lower parts, or lift their chainmail or plates, which could be cumbersome. In some cases, they might have used a chamber pot or simply found a secluded spot to relieve themselves. However, this process was not convenient and often required assistance, especially if the knight was in full armor.
Knights typically donned their armor in a specific order, starting with a padded undergarment known as a gambeson for protection and comfort. Next, they would put on chainmail, which offered flexibility and defense against cuts. Following this, they would wear plate armor, starting with the greaves for the legs, then the cuirass for the torso, and finally the pauldrons and gauntlets for the arms and shoulders. Helmets were usually the last piece added to ensure full protection before mounting their horses.
ANSWERIts about 20Kilograms or 45 lbs if made by tempered steel. It depends heavily on which period you are talking about, as the design of such armor varied across the times. What we think of as a Knight Suit of Armor is more properly called Full Plate Armor. It is a full-body covering, made of shaped steel plates, commonly using some sort of leather and/or chain mail backing to facilitate flexible joints. Such a suit is incredibly heavy - most wearers of such armor would have to be literally lifted into the saddle of their horse by a small crane, and only the largest and strongest horses could be used. A Full Plate Armor suit could employ steel up to several millimeters thick in places, and typically weighed at least 150lbs (70kg). Needless to say, movement in such a heavy suit was very limited - the wearer could not effectively walk, and thus, should they be unhorsed, was immobilized. The other typical medieval armor suit of the Knight was what we commonly refer to as Plate Mail these days. This was a combination of lightweight chain mail, leather backing, and several large steel plates covering critical sections of the body, but not providing near-total coverage like Plate Armor. In general, probably only about 50% of the wearer's total body surface would be covered by steel plates in such a suit. This suit was much more flexible, and weighed significantly less than Full Plate, and allowed for the wearer to fight effectively on foot. However, it still significantly reduced the flexibility and mobility of the wearer. Depending on design and construction, such Plate Mail could weigh anywhere from 40 to 75 lbs (20 to 35kg).
It depends on the set. A full armor metal set may weigh up to 30 kg (66 lb) and more. Samurai armor will probably weigh less.It depends on the size of the samurai and how much they pooped in it.
In the 1300s, a knight's armor typically consisted of a combination of chainmail and plate armor. The chainmail, made of interlinked metal rings, provided flexibility and protection against slashing attacks, while plate armor, which began to emerge during this period, offered enhanced defense against piercing blows. Knights often wore a surcoat over their armor, displaying their heraldry, and a helmet to protect their head. By the late 1300s, full suits of armor began to evolve, leading to the more recognizable styles of the late medieval period.
A suit of armor typically weighed between 30 to 60 pounds, depending on the materials used and the level of protection required. Full plate armor could weigh on the heavier end of the spectrum, while lighter armors like chainmail weighed less.
A crinet is a piece of armor designed to protect a horse's neck and shoulders during battle. It is typically made of metal plates or chainmail to provide protection against weapons and projectiles. The crinet was often part of a full set of horse armor worn by knights in medieval warfare.

Athena was a goddess like Artemis or Hestia who didn't worry too much about what they wore (unlike Aphrodite). Though she almost always wore the full battle armor her mother Metis made her. But when she wasn't waring armor she wore a chiton (a ancient Greek outfit).

Armor durability is different for each armor type. That is basically the gist of it. If you wear a full set of leather armor, you are protected from the same amount of damage you would receive if you wore full diamonds armor instead. If you have 10 armor points, which are the little icons to the right of your health, then you will receive 80% protection from any damage. Now, the key to all materials in Minecraft is durability. A full set of leather armor can protect you for the same amount as a diamond set at full 10 points, but the leather armor degrades very rapidly, unlike the diamond armor. Below is a list of the armor types and their durabilities. LeatherGoldChainmailIronDiamondHelmet346867136272Chestplate499696192384Leggings469292184368Boots408079160320 Now, say you jump off a cliff and get hit for 5 hearts of damage. Now if you wore armor at 10 armor points, that reduces the hit you take by 80%. So you only lose 1 heart. Now, the way durability is deducted is by taking the base hit, which is 5, and doubling it. We then take 10 durability points from each piece of armor we wore. So if you were wearing full leather, you are now reduced to a 24 helmet, a 39 chestplate, a 36 leggings, and a 30 boots. Now your total armor points are 7.6, which gets rounded down to 7.5. Now the next hit you take worth 5 hearts will only protect you for 60%. The next jump will hurt you for 2 hearts. Every armor point reduces damage by 8%, half points 4%. So As you can see, the most beneficial armor is going to be the one that holds the highest armor points for the longest, aka Diamond armor.
Absolutely. 4 way interlinked iron chain links making a shirt easily deflects most edged or pointed weapons with only minor bruising. You usually need to wear good leather armor under the chainmail to reduce the bruising. It is just very tedious and expensive to have a blacksmith make quality small but strong link chainmail for you. But chainmail is less expensive than full plate armor. However chainmail will not deflect crossbow bolts or bullets. (neither will plate)Naomirox123 says: Eccles-Jordan Trigger maybe they meant chain-mail as in email! In this case it does not work! It's like a email virus that tells if you dont do "this or that" you'll die or something bad will happen. So just ignore it, nothing bad can happen!
