Tutankhamun (King Tut) was Pharoah of Egypt from 1341 BC to 1323 BC. He became Pharoah at the age of 9 in 1332 BC. His accomplishments included :

1. As Pharoah, he restored the primacy of the god Amun, whose worship his father Akhenaten had forbidden in favor of worshipping Aten
2. In connection with the restoration of Amun, he embarked on new building projects at Thebes and Kanak
3. He attempted to improve diplomatic relations outside Egypt
4. Failing diplomacy, his forces fought battles against the Nubians to the south
