Some states have state constitutional provisions which provide individuals with additional protection, but everyone enjoys the First Amendment's basic guarantees.
There is no amendment that gives any "rights" to a religion, except that the freedom to pursue a religion shall not be infringed. You might be thinking of Amendment I, i.e. the first.

The First Amendment prohibits the government from establishing a religion, which by implication prevents its either supporting or inhibiting religion in general.
They are separate amendments. Freedom of speech and press is the 1st amendment. The second amendment is the Freedom of religion.
