There are so many factors involved:
You could have heavy rains/ storms/ high tides/ flash flooding etc, but these might be accompanied by deforestation/ desertification/ urbanisation/ altering of river pathway, making it smaller etc./ making drainage basin smaller/ building on flood plain/ not implementing flood defences, and there are many more too.
A disaster is the tragedy of a natural or human-made hazard that negatively affects society or environment. A disaster is the tragedy of a natural or human-made hazard that negatively affects society or environment.disaster is any sudden event caused by nature or man which causes graet effect on human populationm, plants and animals. plants and animals.it causes graet loss of lives, things and economy.these disasters may be an earthquake, volcanic eruptions, floods, droughts, cyclones, hurricanes, landslides, avlanches, land bursting, lightning etc. these causes large number of individuals economic loss health problems etc.
Floods occur when the river flows higher then its regular base. They bring disaster to humans, and fertile soil, making crops grow better.
The causes of the Panama Canal are location, commerce, and the human drive to overcome obstacles.
what are floods
Physical history deals with the evolution of the physical body, which took millions of years to evolve into the human form we experience now.
humans are making the sea level rise so there is more rain and floods
The causes of the Somerset floods is global warming.
The human causes of the Cockermouth flooding was the amount of buildings and roads so the water was unable to go anywhere
Human geographers are interested in floods and droughts due to their impact on human populations, such as displacement, damage to infrastructure, and economic losses. Physical geographers are interested in the processes that lead to floods and droughts, such as the role of climate, land use change, and hydrological cycles. Both disciplines study how these events interact with the environment and society.
The direct causes of the floods are heavy rain!
The physical and nature causes of flooding are monsoon.(its is a heavy rainfall for long period of time). It comes from the climate change. Weather changes from month to month and severe consequences happen to people and the country. The second thing, physical causes happen in lower ground/flat ground. If a country like Bangladesh has a flat ground the water can't drain into a ground. It's just like tree's they have roots an if the flood comes more and more water goes into roots, and the tree's just die, because they can not cope with that much water they have inside. However we make the flat grounds aswell as we cuting the tree's down this all thing is called deforestation. So when the flood comes the water goes above the sea level, because of the tree's we cut.
What causes landslides,mudslides,and flood
Water.
storm
heavy rainfall, monsoons , soil erosion, cutting of trees are the main causes of floods in rural areas
The floods in Philippines are normally caused by the heavy downpours in the region. The drainage system in the country is also not up to standard which causes the floods.
Too much rain.
