Supercomputers have multiple CPUs. Making it so fast, you can't believe it. The digital size, however depends on the Memory (RAM, ROM, RM). Mainframe computers are like supercomputers only they can store more larger applications like a census. They are slower than supercomputers, however the supercomputer evolved from mainframes.
Personal Computers (PC) have only 1 CPU. Slower, but satisfying. It also depends on memory for the computer. Most modern PCs (especially laptops) have a feature called virtual memory,in which the memory can be stored on the hard disk. This is slow however.
Conclusion: Supercomputer= fast
Personal computer= satifying
MAINFRAME COMPUTERMINI-COMPUTERMICRO-COMPUTERSUPER-COMPUTERThere are many computers which are different from each other in various aspects. Classification of computers are given below.(1) Micro computers: These computers use a microprocessor chip and this chip is used instead of CPU means that this microprocessor chip works as a CPU.These computers are also called personal computers. Two major types of these computers are laptop or Desktop computers. Only one user uses these computers at time that's why they are also known as personal computers.(2) Mini Computers: These are powerful computer. These computers come into existence in 1960s at that time mainframe computer was very costly. Mini computers were available in cheap prices, so users start using it.(3) Mainframe Computer: It as a very powerful and large computer. You can get idea of its power as it can handle processing of many users at a time.Terminals are used to connect a user to this computer and users submit there task through mainframe. Terminal is a device which has keyboard and a screen. By using terminal users put inputs into the computer and get the output through screen.(4) Super Computers: As the name "super computer" specifies that these are most powerful computers even than mainframe. Actually, when we optimize a mainframe computer then we get super computer.(5) Microprocessor: You will find these computers everywhere. Microprocessor chips are used in many devices as I-pod, DVD, headphone etc.
Two distinct types of computers are laptops and desktops. There are many other types of computers under these two main categories.pc dektops laptops plamstop workstation sever main computer mini fram super wearable
Microcomputers are more useful than mainframe computers in many situations due to their smaller size, lower cost, and greater accessibility. Microcomputers are portable and can be used for personal tasks such as word processing, internet browsing, and multimedia entertainment. They are also more affordable for individuals and small businesses compared to mainframe computers, which are typically used for large-scale data processing and require specialized infrastructure. Additionally, microcomputers have become increasingly powerful and capable, making them suitable for a wide range of everyday computing needs.

mainframe and supercomputer 1.used for high processing 2.work on RISC technology 3.more than one processor used to assemble one computer 4.support synchronus and asyncronu multi processing that is hardware based not software. 5.latest and highest performance processer used and online HDD for bulk of storage Personal Computer 1.used for low end processing like office and home work. 2. support only CISC & RISC technology depend on processor type. 3.low performance hardware used to assemble cheaper PC. Embedded System 1.Embeded used to process specified task for example talking washing machine, auto temprature adjust freege, signal light that count seconds these all are example of embedded system that have its own small embedded processor, memeory and specific small task to do. 2. Embeded systems are cheaper then PC, Mainframe and Super computers..
The five eras of Data processing starts with Mainframe computers, personal computers, client server, enterprise and cloud computing. Now the era goes in cloud computing.
NOTHING!
The technologies of personal computers and telecommunications. This would include the use of mainframe computers as servers, but personal computers can also be used as servers.

A microcomputer is a computer with a microprocessor as its central processing unit. They are physically small compared to mainframe and minicomputers. Many microcomputers (when equipped with a keyboard and screen for input and output) are also personal computers (in the generic sense).
Mainframe computers are immensely more powerful than standard PCs. They are usually fitted with massive hard-drives (many terabytes in capacity) - many megabytes of internal memory - and super-fast processors. Sometimes mainframe computers are networked together - providing huge amounts of computing power.

they box use processors they both both use cooling systems to prevent over heating they both have a OS
Banks use a wide range of computers to carry out regular, day-to-day operations. There are Mainframe computers, minicomputers, and personal computers. An example of a mainframe computer that a bank would use would be Fujitsu-ICL VME and BS2000 machines. Minicomputers used in banks include the Wang Laboratories 2200 and VS series and Nova from Data General. Personal computers used in banks include tablet PCs, notebooks and laptops, desktop computers, palmtop computers, programmable calculators and personal digital assistants.
