I don't believe any British regiment has that exact wording. The closest are"Everywhere right and glory lead" for the Royal Artillery and " Death or Glory" for the Queen's Royal Lancers.
Semper paratus is Latin for "always ready" or "always prepared". It is the motto of many organisations around the world, many of which are military units (most famously, the US Coast Guard and the British Parachute Regiment) but including some schools and sports clubs as well.
