Well, for starters, our country didn't split. The Southerners didn't rebel and go form their own little nation. Second, we don't have slavery. Imagine if we did. Slavery was a horrible thing and the white people had no right to treat the African Americans that way. This is (or at least SHOULD be) a well-known fact: NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED BADLY.

The question as asked appears nonsensical. The Civil War was fought to save the Union. The South seceded over states rights and property, which was a euphemism for Slavery. Women's rights played no part in the Civil War. Women's Rights came into play only after the Civil War ended.
