No, 6 million of them were killed. Given this number it is clear that the US did not do enough to prevent it. You may say that other countries should have done more too, but most of them were fighting for survival themselves and could do no more than they did.
They never did they just got robbed, forced work, and deaf after they were done doing this they got more jews. For Themselves and it kept on.
Britain could have accepted many more refugees before the World War 2 started. It could also have eased some of the restrictions on Jewish migration to Palestine, which at that time included present day Israel and was under British rule. It could also have also have allowed Jews to migrate to some of the colonies in the Britsh Empire.
The NAZI Death Squads; as they were called killed the Jews in public However they wanted, since they did not get in trouble for killing Jews they could have done whatever they wanted to do. Usually all they did was line them up and execute them by lining them up and shooting them with there rifles, or sometimes shot them on sight.
Yes, the Nazis burned large numbers of Jews, as was also done in the Spanish Inquisition.
The Nuremberg Laws were passed in 1935. These laws declared that Jews, Romani, and Blacks could not be citizens or marry German citizens. This was done because Hitler had made a scapegoat of these people and blamed them for World War I. Jewish businesses were banned and Jewish books were burned. Jews were not allowed to hold jobs in government.
The Jews were forced to build a wall. This was done so the Jews could not escape until the Germans could send them to concentration camps. Many were sent to Treblinka for extermination.
Holocaust. This was done by the Germans under the orders of Hitler in WWII.

They most certainly did not act alone. Some countries even paid the Nazis to take their Jews. In France the rounding up of Jews was done by the French police and the transportation done by the French railways.
World War Two was a major contributor to the Holocaust. Under the shadow of war, many things could be done, many laws could be passed that would not have been allowed during a time of peace.
There is no single opposite of the preposition during (at the same time as). Something done "not during" could either be done before or done after. The similar adjectives simultaneous and concurrentcan have the opposites separate or discrete.
Kill the Jews Also everyone else. No special treatment for the Jews, just sounds hilarious if you only say the first part.
someone could enslave your mind-eliminating everything that could happen. this being done, they could destroy your dreams and hopes, and guilt trip you into thinking that their way is the "right way". kind of how nazis did to the Jews during WW2.
