Saddam Hussein killed many people for no reason . He also created genocide between the Kurds !
Saddam Hussein al-Tikriti was Iraq's Fifth President from 1979 until 2003. (Note: al-Tikriti is his last name, not Hussein, which is his father's name, so it is proper to refer to Saddam Hussein as Saddam or al-Tikriti, but not Hussein.) He distinguished himself as a cunning totalitarian monster who ruled Iraq through iron-fisted laws, domestic militancy, and mass persecution of minorities. This is not unlike totalitarian monsters in other countries, who ruled similarly. (like Serbia's Slobodan Milosevic or Argentina's Juan Perón). It is this violence and totalitarianism that made Saddam Hussein virulently disliked.
The United States has leveled numerous accusations at Saddam Hussein, so just choosing one is rather odd. However, if you are looking for the accusation which was supposed to justify the Iraq War of 2003-2011, this was the accusation that Saddam had stockpiles of "weapons of mass destruction", generally chemical and biological weapons.
yes, because they didnt believe he had a gun and knife, so he proved that by killing them
There are a lot of Husseins in the Arab World, both historically and recently. Please resubmit this question with some information about which Hussein you are talking about. (Saddam Hussein of Iraq, King Hussein of Jordan, Meccan Sharif Hussein ibn Ali, Mohammed's grandson Hussein ibn Ali, and see the Related Link below for more Husseins)
The Gulf War was the first war between the United States and Saddam Hussein. It began because Saddam's troops invaded Kuwait and wouldn't leave. The US won the unofficial war in 42 days.
Yes, Saddam Hussein was very much so alive and real. He has killed almost two million people and was executed here in the U.S.
Saddam Hussein was executed (hanged) December 30, 2006....so no.
Saddam Hussein became leader of Iraq in the early 1970s, so Saddam was leader of Iraq in 1990.

The Iraqi people have many different feelings about us. most of them are happy about the removall of Saddam Hussein but others of them feel that we should get out because we are causing so much sectarian violence. most of them however, think that it is good that we removed Saddam Hussein but want us too leave soon.

Your so pathetic, you have no proof that saddam hussein killed, murdered, and ruled brutally. And your saying that saddam has WMD. The united states broke their way into iraq forcfully and found nothing. i can back this up because George bush himself said;and i quote; ''we broke into iraq because we thought they had mass destruction weapons, did they? no they didnt''. Thats the proof that they didnt have WMD. His own people love him, iraq was one of the most poorest countries in the world but saddam hussein made it one of the richest. They didnt have water or elecdtricity he gave them all of that. Have you seen the cities the iraq? Im sure you havent so put your mouth where the evidence is. Thank you for your time :)
It took thousands of dollars, and so much time. He claimed to have nuclear weapons, but he was joking.
yes, because they didnt believe he had a gun and knife, so he proved that by killing them
