Native Americans were efficient traders, even with food. They ate corn, cactus even though in a desert area most Native Americans before 1492 had a flourishing trade route system that allowed trading foods and recipes After 1492 things got harder and harder for Native Americans in all regions. Many that once lived in the Rocky Mountains had been moved to more desert like areas. And with the White European War Invasion left many Native Americans in concentration camps called reservations. This was part of the Indian Removal Act. It still is the world's largest Holocaust in world history.
