That would depend totally upon the tribe and individual clan. Also the weather would play an important role. Generally, in the summer young children might not wear anything. When they got a bit older, probably not much more than a loin cloth. Winter would see them dressed in robes made from animal skins, moccasins, leggings and shirts. Girls would probably have tunics.
