The Nazis promised the Germans they they would put an end to the Great Depression, and they promised farmers higher prices for their produce- making up for all their losses during the Depression. The Nazis admired the theory of Social Darwinism and natural selection and believed in living in space, which they refered to as "lebensraum." This was a very popular Nazi appeal. Adolf Hitler strongly beleived in antisemitism which is predudice against or hostility towards Jews, often rooted in hatred or their ethic background, culture or religion. He also promised to restore Germany's honour by tearing up the hated treaty of Versailles and by making Germany great again.
