Just like in English, there are a myriad of names (sweetie, honey, dollface, etc.) that Arabs use to refer to their girlfriend. Far and away the most popular though is "Habibi" (my beloved). Some other ones depend on what country you are from but may include "Ashtidi" (my dear), "Habib Qalbi" (love of my heart), "Ghazal" (gazelle), "Asli" (my honey), among others.
Most are defamatory & use should not be encouraged.
yes
Arab men can be of any faith. If they only worship one God, then they are either Jewish, Christian, or Muslim. Most of them are Muslim, but not all.
There are no holy Arab men or women. Holiness in Islam is only for God; the one and only one God with no partner, son, or father; and His books revealed to his prophets including the Psalms, Torah, Bible, and Quran.
That's like asking "What do you call Asian money?". There are 25 Arab countries each with a unique currency... Saudi Riyal Jordanian Dinar Egyptian Pound Lebanese Lira etc...

Some men might call their wives "baby" as a term of endearment or affection. It can be a way to express closeness, love, and vulnerability in the relationship. It may also signify a desire to nurture and protect their partner.
