Jews do exactly the same things that gentiles do. They read, write, go to the movies, play games and have fun with their family and friends. Perhaps the only notable exception is that many Jews are driven to success with post-graduate university education and professional careers. So, they might spend a little more time hitting the books and conducting research, or going to summer school in an effort to fast-track their college education. But, primarily, there is no difference between what Jews do with their free time and what gentiles do.
