No. The first people that came to Ireland were not Celts. They came from the north of Spain. Other peoples came to Ireland too, that make what is now the Irish people, including Vikings and Normans. So, like any country in the world, the people in Ireland have various origins.
People who are from Ireland are called Irish.

British people like all parts of Ireland. British people visit Ireland on holidays and for other reasons, and even move there, to all parts. What you may be thinking of is Northern Ireland being part of the United Kingdom, but that has nothing to do with what parts of Ireland British people like or don't like.
Irish people look different to many people, but similar to others. The same can be said of the people of any nation.

The Irish do not have Anglophobia. There is a long history between Britain and Ireland and the British involvement in Ireland for over 800 years. As a result of that there are some people who do not like England. However, on a general basis Irish and English people get on well. Many Irish people live in England and many English people live in Ireland. When it comes to things like sport, Ireland likes to beat England, just like most countries in the world have another country they particularly like to beat, but it is all friendly rivalry. There are many misconceptions about Ireland and Britain's relationship and the situation in Ireland by those outside of Ireland, like people thinking there is a war in Ireland or between Ireland and Britain. So for the most part, the Irish do not hate the English.
