Peasants were lower class, mostly uneducated landowners or laborers that tilled the land. These people lived off what they raised or captured. They would eat well during harvest time, and more wheat and grain products through to rest of the year. A typical meal would be some type of soup or stew with pieces of bread. The reason for making stew was mainly to use the food more efficiently. When meat started to go bad you can boil it to make it still edible. So with out refrigeration many peasant's would have to salt, smoke, dry, or brine their meat and fish. To stretch it further they would boil it when they cooked it to eat. This made it safer to eat.

There were many events that people celebrated in the middle ages. People from the middle ages were very religious and they actually celebrated Christmas and Easter. They would always celebrate by having a big feast organized by the peasants. Peasants loved Easter as much as any other event, if they gave eggs to the castle lords they would give them a satisfying dinner in return. Peasants always had to plant their own crops for food and there always wasn't enough for them.

No. Kings usually were served the best food first. For example, a cooked swine. He would eat this with many other enjoyable foods until he is full. I think the peasants and servants were given what was left of the food the King ate. It proves to be a poor system, but it was done in the middle-ages.

Peasants faced a number of dangers in the Middle Ages. Specifically, medical science was in its infancy in Europe, so peasants usually only lived until their thirties. Additionally, peasants had very little food and water, so they were under the threat of starvation or severe undernourishment.

In the Middle Ages, food was typically served in three main meals: breakfast, dinner, and supper. Breakfast, known as "morgenmete," was usually a light meal served early in the morning. Dinner, the main meal of the day, was typically served around midday. Supper, a lighter meal, was served in the evening. The specific times for these meals varied depending on the region and social class.
