You would not believe how those folks eat bread. It is baked fresh every day and delivered to the homes like we used get milk delivered. It is the food eaten most frequently during every day.

The Spanish have a very varied and healthy diet. Its called the Mediterranean Diet and consists of lots of vegetables, fruit, fish, chicken, some red meat, pork, salads, legumes,rice, pasta, eggs, dairy produce and bread. We always use olive oil when we cook and for the salads. We also drink wine but not too much and also cava (spanish champagne).
