It was probably beef.
During the first Thanksgiving, pilgrims ate Indian corn, wild turkey, and corn bread. Thanksgiving was held as a way of thanking the Native Americans that gave them food and help them live.
They made food and had a feast for everyone. Then, they met the pilgrims and were peaceful.
I think it was turkey, but I'm not entirely sure.
When the pilgrims first came to North America they had a poor harvest and were dying from the lack of food. The local natives (then called Indians) showed them how to grow food locally. After their first good harvest they celebrated a day of thanksgiving and a feast to which the local natives who had helped them were invited. A day of thanksgiving and prayer was a common thing for the pilgrims to observe, for various situations. In later years the story of the Pilgrims, their travail and the help they received from the Natives, along with the peacefulness of their first harvest observance, became legendary and widely known, particularly in the New England region. This eventually was transmuted into an annual Thanksgiving as a day for family gathering and feasting.
no
All the foods that the Native Americans and the Pilgrims had at their disposal were eaten at the first Thanksgiving. It was a multiple day feast. And when the Pilgrims ran out of food the Native Americans came back with more. The food consisted of but was not limited to; venison, goose, turkey, fish, and corn, as well as both Native and English dishes.

Turkeys are eaten on Thanksgiving because the early colonists who had the first Thanksgiving mentioned eating turkey. The colonists celebrated the first Thanksgiving with the Wampanoag Indians.
Same thing the pilgrims ate.
There were no prices at the first Thanksgiving. All the food was either grown or hunted by the pilgrims or Indians. The only food that may have cost was food that the Pilgrims brought over from England, but it is likely that it had been used by the time they got together to give thanks on the first Thanksgiving.
Because the food was so good, who wouldn't eat three in a row for Thanksgiving!
