My mortgage company has been robbing me, there is fraudulence involved. My real estate broker can't even figure out what HFC is doing. They are charging me for hazard insurance (I have Allstate for my homeowners since I owned the house) They never had my permission nor did they even inform me until I noticed this extra charge. The insurance company of HFC informed me they owed me 2100. which they sent to the mortgage part of HFC months ago. I have never rec'd that money. They are charging me for unpaid taxes, I was never even aware of. I have faithfully paid my monthly mortgage payment and now they have reported this on my credit report and brought my credit score from 694 to 580. I am at my wits end and I was informed by my real estate broker to inform the atty general for help against this giant company HFC. I am a tax paying citizen and I have been paying taxed since I am 16 yrs old. I have never had a criminal record, I have never had more than a parking ticket. I have never asked for any help from my government before, but I need your help now. These giant companies think they are above the law. Please help me. Maureen Tulli
The governing body in England during the American Revolutionary War was the Parliament of Great Britain. It was composed of the House of Commons and the House of Lords and held legislative authority over the American colonies. The Parliament's decisions and policies, particularly regarding taxation and governance, were significant factors in the rising tensions that led to the war.
The government in the colonies during the 1700's was not very organized. Although they were made of different branches and had separate colony bodies, the central government was nothing compared to the governing power of the British. Many of the colonies had their own governing body that only had to do with that specific colony, like the House of Burgesses. The central governing body couldn't have complete control over all of the colonies at once either.
The three colonies that exemplify who held the authority to establish government are Massachusetts, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. In Massachusetts, the Puritans established a self-governing entity based on religious principles. Virginia was governed by a charter from the Crown, which gave authority to the colonial assembly, while Pennsylvania was founded by William Penn under a proprietary charter, allowing him significant control over governance. Each of these colonies illustrates different sources of authority—religious, royal, and proprietary—shaping their governments.
The word cathedral is derived from the Latin word cathedra (seat or chair). It refers to the bishop's or archbishop's chair or throne. In ancient Rome, the chair was the symbol of a teacher and, by extension, of the bishop's role as teacher. It was also a symbol of the authority of a magistrate (an executive officer of state) and became a symbol of the bishop's role in governing a diocese. A diocese (from administration in Greek), which is also called episcopal see or bishopric, is a district under the supervision of a bishop. A diocese is divided into parishes. Its governance is called episcopal polity, where the bishop has authority over the clergy in the diocese. Episcopal is derived from epískopos a Greek word which means overseer. Sometimes the bishops are subject to higher-ranking bishops (archbishops, metropolitans, or patriarchs). Bishops also meet in synods. Historically, a synod was a council of a church, convened to decide matters of doctrine, administration. Nowadays, the word refers to the governing body of a particular church, besides the mentioned meetings. These synods, can govern the dioceses represented in this council.
In a confederation, member states or regions retain significant independence while collaborating on shared goals, such as defense, trade, or diplomacy. They typically come together to form a central governing body that handles common interests, but individual members maintain authority over their internal affairs. This arrangement allows for cooperation without the loss of sovereignty, enabling members to address collective issues while respecting their autonomy.

No it's not illegal to take over someone Mortgage Payments. But some people wont do it because they are scared of the Due Or Sale clause which menas that banks can demand payment in full when they find out a transfer in ownership been made. As long as you have the deed transfered over and the owners gave you FULL authority to take over mortgage, and all paper work is filled out signed by both parties there shouldn't be a problem.
