Who were the Breeds of Breed's Hill?

I have an ancestor, Ethyl Breed Sherman, who is supposed to be a descendent, but have no additional info. The breed's were farmers mainly. Ethel Breed Sherman (b. 4 Sept. 1877) was born to Amos B. Sherman (1847-1901) and Emma Urania Bennett (1853-1880). Emma U. Bennett was born to George R. Bennett (1822-?) and Emmaline Rebekah Breed (1823-?). Emmaline R. Breed was born to William Basset Breed (1791-1833) and Urania Chase (1797-?). William Basset Breed was the son of James Breed (1749-1810) and Rebekah Bassett (1754-1829). James Breed was the son of Ebenezer Breed (1710-1762) and Rebecca Phillips (1720-1726). "..The hill was named for the Breed pastures South of the redoubt, which were owned by Ebenezer Breed, the great-grandson of John Breed, who was the second child of that family name born on American Soil, and the fourth son of the father of all the Breeds in America."
