What happened to Lots daughter?

After His daughters induced Lot's drunkeness and had sons by him, these son's became nations who were always a thorn in the side of Israel. As to the future of these wicked women, it is not given, only the damage.

Tradition states that Lot had four daughters (Rashi commentary, Genesis ch.19, based on a midrash). Two of Lot's daughters died with the rest of the Sodomites (because their husbands didn't want to leave). The other two daughters (who were unmarried) left Sodom with their father Lot. Each had a son by him (Genesis ch.19), and they continued to live and raise their sons, eventually settling east of the Jordan river.

The story may be read in Genesis 19. Though some translations do not clearly indicate so, Lot had 4 daughters - two married and living with their respective husbands, and two unmarried living with Lot and his wife.
When the angels of the Lord told Lot to take his whole family out of the city that God would soon destroy, his son-in-laws thought he was mocking them and stayed behind. Lot and his wife and two unmarried daughters left for the hills. His wife turned around and was punished for disobeying. He and his two daughters entered a cave for safety.
The two girls, perhaps believing they were the last survivors of God's wrath, planned to continue the line of Lot by getting him drunk and sleeping with him - first the eldest girl and the next night the youngest. They each gave birth to sons - the eldest Moab who became the ancestor of the Moabites and the youngest Benammi who became the ancestor of the Ammonites. Their descendants are still living today primarily in Jordan.
