After retiring from the military, Roman soldiers often received land grants or pensions, which helped them reintegrate into civilian life. Many settled in the provinces where they served, contributing to local economies and communities. Some veterans became involved in agriculture or local governance, while others continued to serve the state in various capacities, such as in administrative roles or as members of the local militia. Generals, depending on their status and achievements, could attain significant political positions, often using their military reputation to gain influence in the Roman Senate or other government roles.
He Already Ritired
Chicago Bulls
No. He is not retired. He is simply out for drugs or he is actually hurt. July 25, 2008 No he was injuried and had surgery.
yes he does he ritired as a steeler because he did'nt want to be on another team.
He first retired in 1993 (following the murder of his father) to try his hand at baseball and his number 23 jersey was retired by the Chicago Bulls at this time. After a brief stint in the Chicago White Sox farm system, he returned to basketball midway through the 1994-95 season and wore his baseball number (45) until game 2 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals, when he returned to the number 23 that had served him so well. This marked the first and only time in the NBA that a number was reissued after being retired. He went on to win three more championships with the Bulls (95-96, 96-97, and 97-98) before retiring again in 1999. In early 2000, Jordan became President of Basketball Operations for the Washington Wizards and despite his assertion that he would never play another NBA game, he returned to the court with the Wizards - again in his iconic number 23 - for the 2001-02 and 2002-03 seasons. He retired for (presumably) the final time in April 2003.
He first retired in 1993 (not 1994). He came back again wearing #45 for the bulls. He then retired in 1999 (not 1998) with winning a total of 6 championships. But he came back again in 2011 (after the 9/11 attacks) playing for the Washington Wizards. He then retired for the last time in 2003.
