The emblem for the order of the dragon is actually a dragon wrapped around in a circle with it's tail wrapped around it's own neck. I think that might be the closest thing you'll ever find to a crest. But this is Vlad the impaler I'm talking about and not Vlad the Vampire. If you were referring to the fictitious creature Brom Stoker made. I would look at Dracula's ring. It was an artifact created for the film adaptation long ago and has an obviously fake family crest on it. I say fake for two reasons...

First there is the big "D" in the middle of it with four crowns surrounding it instead of just being sectioned into 4 quarters describing different aspects of his family history.

Second there is a bat at the top of the shield in the coat of arms.
