Even though the coin LOOKS like a quarter, if you check the back its denomination is a full dollar. The similarity between the two coins is the primary reason that the design failed and it took another 20 years for the Mint to create a distinctive "golden" dollar.

Please check again and post a new question. It's either not a quarter, not gold, not 2000, or not Susan B. Anthony. Anthony coins were $1 pieces, and were minted from copper-nickel in 1979-81 and 1999.
