The Dajjal is the Islamic Anti-Christ. It performs most of the same functions as the Christian Anti-Christ, namely that he will lead Unbelievers in a final struggle against Jesus for the redemption of all humanity. Some Muslims also believe that a second helper to Jesus, the Mahdi, will also help contest the power of the Dajjal.

Since the Dajjal is considered a fully evil person, there are various cultural myths about how ugly he will be or how vicious and tyrannical. These myths are typically not codified in any Islamic source.

The Dajal is a monster-like being with one eye. You could say it look like a cyclops.In a hadith I once read,there was once live a blind man during the time of the prophet.One day, the man travelled to a distant land until he reaches a place.At that place he heard the sounds of metal clanking.That sound is the sound of the Dajal's hand cuff.The Dajal asked the blind man whether this is the time of the prophet who can't read and write?" The blind men answered yes.The story is that upon nearing to Qiamat,the Dajal will be free from his handcuff and will rule the world.During that time he will walk around the earth,and any graves that he step upon. The body of the grave will work for him.The Dajal will then give humans a choice whether they want his heaven or hell. Those who chooses his heaven will, go to Allah's hell and whoever chooses his hell, will go to Allah's heaven. After a couple of years or maybe decades of Dajal's rule, the prophet Isa(a.s) will be brought down from heaven to earth to save human.No one knows when this incident will happen but it will happen when the knowledge of the Quran is lost.Meaning people who have the knowledge of the Quran will die until no one on Earth knows about the knowledge of the Quran.When that happens, Dajal will be freed and no humans will be safe until the prophet Isa(a.s) come down to Earth
