If you supplied them a firearm with which to commit a murder, and you knew at the time that they were going to use it for that purpose, you can be charged as a principal in criminal homicide. At the very least you might be charged as a Co-Conspirator or an Accessory.
a gun and a capsule of cyanide.
It means that a gun is a tool, it is an inanimate object, and as such it cannot kills somebody. It cannot do anything but sit there until someone uses it. The point is that the gun itself is not dangerous; rather, it is people who can be dangerous. Ther point of this is that gun laws do nothing to stop crime, because criminals don't follow laws. if they are going to use a gun to shoot someone or commit a robbery, what do they care about breaking some gun ban or law? These laws only affect the law abiding gun owners, the ones who follow laws, and they aren't the problem. Therefore, "guns don't kill people, people do," is an accurate statement. Just like with cars - cars don't kill people, reckless/drunk drivers do.
Pistol whipped
A gun is dangerous when it is fired at something or someone, whether intentionally or unintentionally. A gun is potentially dangerous when it is pointed at something or handled incorrectly.
Hitler feared an uprising from the SA, which Ernst Roehm was a leader of. He ordered the shooting of all most members of the SA, all senior members definitely. Hitler and Roehm were very close friends and Roehm was never planning on an uprising as he was Hitler's most loyal general. Hitler felt guilty on ordering the execution of one of his closest friends and gave Roehm the option to commit suicide, by placing a gun on the table and giving Roehm ten minutes alone. Roehm decided not to commit suicide and was shot.
YES!!!!!!its called conspiracy to commit murder!!which can carry more time than the actual act of murder itself!!!!!!
Facilitated murder is knowingly assisting someone in committing a murder. A solid example is a friend asking you for a gun and telling you that it will be used to kill someone. If you give him the gun and he does kill someone you have successfully facilitated a murder.
As with all gun laws, it presumes that people that would commit murder, assault and robbery will obey a gun law.
They do that for the very same reason that when they empty their guns by firing at Superman, they then throw the gun at him.
That person would be an accessory to the crime. If the crime was planned by that person in addition to supplying the gun, then it would be conspiracy to commit the crime.Added: An Accesory Before The Fact. A person who procures or advises or commands the commission of a felony but who is not present at its perpetration

Giving Up the Gun was created in 2009.
Really!?!?! You seriously want an answer to this? Can you sue a gun dealer for legally selling a firearm to someone who commits a murder with it? No! Wow amazing!
depends on where you live. my friend knows some kid who got charged for attempted murder for shooting someone in the face
Yes. It is the belief that someone that would ignore laws against murder would obey a law about guns.
