There are several different White Revolutions, so be careful as to which you mean.

IRAN:

The most often spoken-of White Revolution is the reforms enacted in 1963 by Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. The Shah claimed that the White Revolution was a step towards Westernization and was called the White Revolution because it was bloodless. The idea was to weaken the aristocracy, clergy, and increasingly hostile Iranian middle class while creating a new base of support among the peasants and working class through the use of land reforms.

INDIA:

The White revolution refers to the huge increase in milk production and it becomes possible by using new, improved breeds of cattle and buffalo, giving them better feed and care. And father of white revolution is Dr. Verghese Kurien.

UNITED STATES:

White Revolution was a neo-Nazi group that employed the most violent language and worked with some of the most virulent leaders in the world of white supremacy, while claiming to remain legal. It had sought to unite groups across the radical spectrum, but has been singularly unsuccessful. It was founded in 2002 and dismembered in 2011 due to failure to attract large numbers of members.
